About Me

My name is Jeff Szura, after a few decades of working in construction, perusing my bachelor's in electrical engineering and working in a fast-paced semiconductor industry as an electrical and mechanical engineer and engineering manager I have decided to head into another career.
Currently, I have an inspiration to move into a career to equip individuals and families with information to assist in making decisions on one of the largest investments of their life. Purchasing a home!
Moving into this career, my dedication to detail, technical ability to discern and detect issues, training, and my drive to help people gives me an opportunity to help homeowners, buyers, and sellers make informative decisions.
Starting this company, my goal is to put homeowners at ease, educate buyers and sellers alike, and build relationships, making this a career that I can continue for years to come. If I can help protect your investment, please reach out.
Home Inspection Services for Buyers, Sellers, and Homeowners
A detailed and thorough home inspection involves a comprehensive visual assessment of the property's major systems and components, including the foundation, roof, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, interior and exterior elements, and built-in appliances. As your inspector, I carefully examine each accessible area to identify safety concerns, structural issues, code deficiencies, and signs of wear or potential failure. High attention is given to documenting any defects, maintenance concerns, or items nearing the end of their service life. After completing the inspection, a clear and organized report is generated—typically within 24 hours—providing a full summary of findings, annotated photos, and professional recommendations. This timely report supports informed decision-making for buyers, sellers, or homeowners.
The benefits of a home inspection can assure that the home is in good condition and can prevent costly repairs if performed correctly. Some reasons to consider a home inspection below.
